ok i was piddlin under the hood of my car...since i aint got money now, but neways...i noticed that my a/c bracket from hasport has a small crack in the top of it!!!! ahhits like less than 2 months or so old! this sucks....good thing its winter,and that the compressor dont work....ahh...maybe this is a sign to take it all out??? it gets freakin hot in ga......i dunno??? well i gotta call hasport and find out what theyll do.....wish me luck on it all...

Call HASport and tell them that its cracked. Theyll definitely replace it. Theyre a good company to deal with. Im sure you wont have any problems. I wouldnt dump the a/c yet because youve only had the bracket a couple of months. If you pull the a/c now, youll have wasted the money you payed for the bracket. At least call HASport and tell them. That way if you decide to resell it, it wont be cracked. Nobodys gonna buy a cracked bracket.

 

yeah...we called up hasport and they said theyd never had that happen ever before, but it was a pain to take off last night...took me 3+ hours...and i just bungee corded the compressor to something so i could still drive around...its in the mail. sorry i forgot to take pics of it, but it was definately cracked...oh well now gotta wait for the new one... that metal is really light!
