I was wondering if it it possible or is it a "smart thing," to bend exhaust hangers for more clearence. If anyone has done this can you give pointers. If i shouldnt do this can you explain. I was thinking i could maybe torch the rods and bend them with some vise grips.

 

get some different rubber hanger mounts...most parts stores carry them.
