Will the GSR 4 door exhaust fit on my 4 door LS? If not what needs to be modified?
Also the exhaust is axle back. Is it better to buy axle back or cat back?

Depends on what year the exhaust is for.
94-01 LS and 00-01 GSR cat-back exhausts are interchangeable.
94-99 GSR have different length cats making them not interchangeable with 94-01 LS
All 94-01 4dr Axle-back exhausts are interchangeable. The 2doors fit too, but the tip would not reach the end of the rear bumper.l
An aftermarket cat-back exhaust should should be better because of the bigger piping.
Stock GSR exhaust on an LS is pretty much useless in terms of performance.

 

I wasn't talking about the oem one I was referring to after market ones like Thermal, Greddy, such like that.

 

same applies for the aftermarket ones. if a company only makes them for 4door gsr then you can bring it to a muffler shopand have them cut or extend some of the piping. should be easy for them

 

was trying to avoid that route (take it to a shop) and do everything myself as in bolt in and go play. Also what if I added an aftermarket cat? Will that help any in the different cat lengths?

 

94-01 LS and 00-01 GSR have the same length cats
94-99 GSR i believe have shorter cats than the LS
