wonder if anyone experience the same or if it is normal.

I had a 95 gsr, at the time it had only 25k on the car, during winters, whenever i am stopping or slowing down at an intersection, and the abs is active and I try to put the car in first or second gear, it always grinds. if the abs is not active, it will not grind. I thought the hydrolic pump is not capable to supply the abs unit and the clutch. (maybe they have deperate pumps)

now I have a 94 rs, whenever I am slowing down and the wheels locked up from slippery surface(no abs) and I try to put the car in gear, i will grind. why? it will not grind if the wheels are not locked up.

never drive fast enough to turn in 3rd gear and have wheels lock up. so don't know about other gears.

anyone experienced this or have some thoughts?
