All the tranny failures I read about really make me avoid modding and enjoying my 98' Accord V6. I miss the bullit-proof B16A that was in my Si. I beat that poor thing everyday, but I sleept soundly knowing it never, ever gave the slightest notion of malfunction. I used to bounce off the rev-limiter and slam shifts daily but that little engine started up real chirpy everytime and ran like a champ. On the other hand, giving more than 50% throttle on my AV6 makes me wince
