Default Reinstalled my Front Swap bar....and i swear it handles better.

yep... that's right.

i have the stock SI front sway and a rear ST bar.

and the car tracks faaaar better than with the front bar off. What prompted the install was when i launched the car, the steering would shimmy trying to find traction, causing the car to be very hard to control... not good. Plus, there's an event at Streets of Willow i'm attending...

installed the bar and the car feels tighter at speed. the shimmy is no longer present...feels like it tracks far better.

i'll have to see how it does at an autocross.

What the front bar will do is stiffen up the front end which will make it push and a soft front will grip better, but without the front the car will fell boaty and have no steering response. So it is good to have a stock front bar and a big rear bar to stiffen the rear to slide and not side bite.

but, the thing is, A LOT of the CSP 2g CRX guys run no front bar.

and do VERY well with it.

i believe a handful of ITA CRX guys do as well.

Its probley all depends on driving style. I wonder how they would do with a bigger one or even stock?

I was going to ask about this, I have heard that the front will undo what the rear is doing?? I was thinking about getting ST front and rear but then had my doubts now after this I have more doubts?? Man im just full of doubts?? I would like to know if you put a bigger up front if it will end up being worse or not?? You can get the front and rear for like $239.95 through Jcwhitney so is it a waste to buy them both?? I mean would it be better to just stick with stock up front and the ST in the back??

Just get a rear ST bar, keep the stock Si bar.

the front ST Bar is better used as a paper weight or a door jam.

I want to say yes, but i'm not too sure about DX's...

I want to say the HF was the only one with a smaller front bar.
