Default changing Auto tranny fluid-96 LX

Hey guys/gals, I was wondering how one goes about changing the Auto tranny fluid in my car. I have a 96 Accord LX. I checked at the parts store and they told me the computer showed it was "not servicable". Yet, i've been reading about guys draining a little bit of fluid at a time and slowing replacing it. Where do you drain it from?? I never saw a drain plug or anything. Also, i'm getting some slight vibrations at higher highway speeds, do i need to check out my CV's??? It also shifts really hard between first and second, but i'm hoping the fluid change will smooth things out. THANKS for any help!!! P.S.-what fluid does anyone recomend? someone said only use Honda fluid, but others have sworn by synthetics. personal preference maybe???
