Default Average weight of a cat-back exhaust system??

I was just curious what the average weight of a cat-back system is and also whats the difference in weight between stainless and coated. I talked to a guy that sells OBX (yeah I know cheap) and asked him what the cat back with the DTM in stainless weighs and he said it weighs aprox 44 lbs. Is that heavy?? Anyone know what theres weigh?? TIA!!!

I work at UPS and i get tons of different exhaust in but the average is aroun 49-60 lbs for Greddy and Apexi Exhaust that come in. Borla is lighter like 42lbs.

OBX isnt THAT cheap just cause of it being OBX!! Marked001 had and OBX DTM Catback. and it wasnt cheap and IT took a beeating in the philly streets with his 4" drop and going over railroads..

I give OBX DTM CatBAck for no rust and good quality. If i dont get the tuner STYLE slant cannon exhaust.. i'll be definately getting the OBX DTM.. 2.5" piping into muffler 2" or 2.25" dual out

I would agree. Even though they are basically a knockoff company, they make some half decent quality stuff.

About weight, i just picked up a 3" stainless steel thermal. DAMN heavy

Well I myself even though I heard they were cheap were going to get the OBX I talked to a guy that sells the systems on Ebay and he quoted me like $272 shipped to my door for a cat-back with a DTM I mean for that price for stainless how could you go wrong?? I was just curious of the weight cause someone stated here before that they are cheap and extremely heavy and well seeing the weights of others they seem to be around the same.
