the way most will recomend is the irt suspenstion swap. but i ll go a different route for ya. just swap bearings and the hub will be the easy way. or if you know a really good machinist have them rework your stock hubs but it will be cheaper the other way. if your bushings and what not are already going out it might be easier to do a late model r suspension swap.

if its just the bearing and hubs..how come so many people buy the whole swap over?

You need a press to get the bearings out. You need to take it to a machine shop. It is much easier to swap the entire suspension. And plus without the springs and control arms it aint a complete type arrr yo!
