I have a 01 Ls with sri header intake manifold apex n1 cat back and stock suspention
i was thinking spoon strut and tie bars neuspeed swaybars and spoon spriong with stock shocks. What do you think

P.S. What is the LS called in japan and what front end does it have

First of all, a sus setup depends on what your going to be doing. So many different choices, like DRAG, Auto X, or street. Pick one of the choices and then go from there.

 

I dunno what spoon springs are like. Hell, I didn't even know they made springs. But aftermarket springs + stock shocks usually = disaster.

I am quite happy with my Tein SS's. Haven't gotten around to bars and such yet. Gotta get the new motor in first.
