How does your ITR tranny shift.
I havent driven my car since May, so I honestly cant remember. I never had a problem though, so Ill say VERY GOOD with 34K on the tranny.

I voted "good"...even though it's a GSR tranny. They're quite similar when you compare it to the rest of the honda world, especially the early ones.
I no longer abuse my tranny since the parts and time involved in a rebuild
My tranny is like butta now since it has been rebuilt
But before the rebuild, it would grind shifting into 3rd at high rpms.

I voted for : It's GOOD - Notch Every Now and Then - Easy Shifting.
Reason is, I only have the once in a blue moon problem with getting in first (have to try a second time). Other then that i have a butter smooth tranny and shifting without any problems.

i dont think you can just buy the synchro itself. i think you it also comes with the gear as well, but dont quote me on that, which makes the cost pretty high. 2 bills i think...
Well if you guys who are getting notches want to try out some new stuff - I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the GM synchromesh.

I've expirimented with both of these synchromesh fluids, and the one on the left is superior to the one on the right (but both of them are smoother than honda MTF). As a matter of fact, it's superior to any other fluid I've ever put into a tranny. It's about 15$ per quart, and the small one is about 10$. It's amazing stuff... I know some of you guys are always saying that you only put honda MTF into your trannies, but I bet if you give the GM a try, you won't go back..
