A couple of ITR motors (left to right). New B18C5 shortblock from dealer, JDM B18C5 swap (with usdm valvecover and header, in the crate RSX Type R motor, and couple of new Dart blocks for good measure.

That motor has been picked apart and already been in another car, It is a JDM long block with some USDM pieces on it.

Nice garage Matt,
We still have to see if this sleeved block is going to be OK when we finally run it for the first time.
Plus it would have been nice to up the displacement a bit right off the bat.

I want the DC5 motor! wish we could fit that in a DC2 itr. we would be rinning 11-12s
But I'd like to know what makes you think a DC2 with a DC5R engine would run 11s???
It must be better. They've added another letter to the acronym. i-VTEC, y0!
On a serious note, I only wish the B-series came with roller rockers, square bore & stroke dimensions, bigger valves, and an extra 200 cc of displacement...
