my apexi n1 is to high and last night i was running the car pretty hard and some of the paint from my bumper melted on my exhaust, i am just wondering if paint thinner would take it off or will it ruin my finish on the exhaust.

also if anyone has longer rubber hangs or knows where to get them please let me know a.s.a.p. i already bent the metal hanger and tried to raise my bumper and nothing works

i don't think it will. Try a muffler shop for the hanger

It will probably melt off the exhaust. The N1 tends to do that and the best solution is to make a metal peice under the bumper.
