I own a 1994 honda accord lx and i was doin my suspension for a 3rd time. i was putting on my apexi ws coilovers when i get to the lower control arm and the bolt was frozen inside the bushing...so i had to take out the whole bushing just to get the bolt out. Every where i call said i need to buy a whole new control arm. i was just wondering if engery suspension makes one or it comes in a whole kit thanks guys... I hate winter in New england
That is a miracle you got any stock LCA bushing out.
Anyhoo, the stock bushings usually have to be pressed IN or OUT with a press capable of several tons of force (or a sawsall (SP?) and a blowtorch). Aftermarket bushings like Prothane or Energy Suspension should slip right in. If you want to use an OE bushing, you'll probably have to remove the whole LCA and have new OE bushings pressed in.

If you want OEM bushings, I suggest giving Manchester Honda a try. http://www.manhonda.com - I know they sell them individually because I have asked in the past.
