painted side skirts or body kit?
I wanted to know your opinion on body kits. I have a 99 coupe and was thinking of getting a nice lip put on and just painting my side skirts. If I do this, should I get a bumper too. Do they make lips for rear bumpers? Or, shold I just get a full body kit? Just wanted to know your opinion.

Are you serious? 
You can get a rear lip. Its better than the full kit, but
either way I like it better stock. Try to search for it. There are
a few people on HT with them.
