i changed my fuel rail and then i put my stock one back. ever since then my cc won't work. any suggestions on wut it could be? i checked everything on the rail and it's on perfectly so i don't know wut it could be.

 

I'm assuming you've checked the vacuum hoses and fuses (?). Does your horn work? Or try putting your foot 'under' the brake pedal and pull it back up towards you while pushing the 'set' button for the CC. Sometimes those switches are a little touchy....
