I think that was the 98 spec concept...but it turned ou to be a minor body change...it kinda looks like the Subaru SVX

EDIT: All it talks about is how the Prelude will be faded off the line up, and how there's a possibility of the new ITR will be offered with only red Recaros...we know that the red Recaros thing never happend...we get red, black, yellow, and blue recaros now

Actually, I think that was a concept or the new RSX/Integra

 

There were rumors of a Prelude-like car being added. It would be based on the S2000 FR platform and get an F20c engine. If it ever does happen, it will more likely get the K20a, like the newer Accords and Torneo Euro R's will be getting.

 

there was also another one.. i remember searching internet for updates/prototypes, when finally i seen the prototype in Chicago car show 2 years ago. I already had a deposit on type r and not much time left, I wasn't sure at the time if to get a type r or wait for rsx, once I seen the video, decision was easy.

 

I kinda like the look but would have to see in person to make a real decision

I think I remember seeing that as a concept pic before the release of the RSX. I remember all the talk about the RSX being the new Integra/Prelude combination. Blah blah.
