What is the difference between the Type R Caliper and an Acura Legend Caliper? Does the Legend have two pistons? A visual difference would be better.

Also besides Acura have any of you all purchased a banjo bolt from anywhere else. The banjo bolt is why I need to know the difference.

Good question. The next time I'm at work, I'll compare the two. I'm assuming front Legend Coupe Calipers right?

 

I honestly don't know. I bought the car with these calipers already on there, and the guy I bought from doesn't know cause they were on there when he bought it so yea I would assume so.

But I'd appreciate if u would check that out. If I am correct they are pretty close in size so that may elimate the 4 door.

 

legend GS has 2 piston calipers.

 

I saw ur signature . . . if you figure it out or someone does, do you think you could order me the bolt and a caliper rebuild kit for the front drivers's side caliper.

 

What about the rest of the Legend series. Cause I tested a caliper rebuild kit for a type r caliper and the inner seal was fine but the little outter seal was to big, or is it supposed to be like that?
