anyone driving their s2000 in the snow.........
I tell you what .... with the so2s the driving experience made my spine shiver
Any one have experience with bridgestone blizzacks?
How was the drive in the snow with them?
thank you.....
you'll be fine with blizzaks. The so2's suck even in cold rain! I changed them because I felt like I had no control at all. I havent hade blizzaks, but I hear the car performs quite well with them.
SPOON AP1 is running Michelin snow tires I think. I like them a lot. Great snow and wet traction. And won't worn out fast on dry terrain. My friend's Preilli worn out pretty fast. Not sure too about the Blizzak.
FYI I've those on my dad's volvo for half a summer in Vancouver, BC last year. Didn't worn out much at all.
And I've run these Michelin XM+330 since 96's winter. The new Artic Alpin series should be even better.

OEM S02 tires are useless under 40 degrees even in the dry, nevermind the snow.
I wish I have the money to buy a winter beater (economy sucks ),but it would be much cheaper to buy winter tires for my car......
I have Pilot Alpines on my S2000. Love 'em, great traction in snow and ice. Makes the car fun to drive again. S02's in snow are scary. Actually I couldn't even get my car out of the garage with the SO2s, and my driveway slopes down! My wife and I had to push it out so I could get the new tires.
