Default TCM Problem: D4 Flashing / ABS Light On

As the subject says, a couple days ago I try to start my car and I notice my needles arent working, nothing in my guage cluster, power windows, defrost, all dead. I cant get out of park. I manually shift it to neutral by putting my key in the gear lock. Then start my car and drive. I drive for a little the ABS goes on and D4 starts blinking. I stop and shutdown my car. Start it back up everything is fine. Now (few days later) today its happening again. Tried resetting ECU to no avail. Sometimes when I manually unlock the shifter and move it around my guage cluster will light up and things will work for a second or two then die again. Im thinking theres something loose? Are there any fuses related to the TCM? I just installed a bottle heater for my NX kit and maybe i shorted something?

That could be a bad ECU/TCM [or ground]. Where did you hook up all of your wiring?
