JDM SiR-II Cluster has no SRS light.
Hi, I have a 92 Si and I installed my SiR-II cluster recently. I noticed when my dash lights were turned on my SRS light would glow amber. I thought my SRS was messed up but I realized it was just amber light bleeding through. I took my SiR-II cluster apart to see what gaps I could cover up to prevent the light from coming through. What I found was that the SiR cluster has no SRS light at all. Will my SRS still work? Is there a way I can test it or make sure it still works without having to rely on the little light which I don't have?

I sucessfully removed the SRS warning light apparatus from my USDM cluster. I am now trying to put it in my JDM cluster. It will fit, however, I have to find a way to remove the JDM gauge faces to insert it in. Anyone have any idea how to do this? They aren't like the USDM gauge faces where you just remove 2 screws.
Thanks,
Jake

Nevermind, I got it. Each gauge face has three phillips head scres on the back side of the cluster. I popped those out and removed each gauge assembly completely. I then added the complete SRS warning light assembly from my USDM cluster into my JDM cluster. Woohoo, works great, now I don't have to worry if my SRS is working or not. The same procedure I did with the SRS light can also be done with the cruise control light if you want to add cruise control to your JDM cluster. I love how on the JDM cluster to remove a gauge 3 screws remove the enter thing, not like on the USDM clusters where you have to do the 2 screws and pop the needle off and be extremely careful that you put the needle on propperly.
BTW, thanks for all the replies
