Let me enlighten some of you guys for a moment..

In many latin countries (for instance: Mexico) it is common to see Taxi's all jacked-up with the most craziest stuff. Pretty much whatever they find they'll stick it on their taxi. Why? Well, since most of these countries are poor, they have to create new "marketing techniques" to attract people to use such services. They figure that people would much rather ride in a car that looks like it just landed here from mars, than a plain ol' taxi. I guess you could say that while here in America we have "ricers", they have "******s".

FYI (to those who i offended): I WAS BORN IN MEXICO CITY MYSELF, BUT I'VE LIVED IN THE STATES FOR 21 YRS, SO IF ANYONE SHOULD BE OFFENDED IT SHOULD BE ME!
