hate to break it to you, but that is positively not an integra valve cover. B series oil caps are always on the top left, plus they dont have that groove next to the timing belt cover. That looks like an h23 prelude non vtec valve cover, preludes have that groove there since the alternator is on the front of the motor, and the wires run there.
