Default Lube job for 3rd gen

I have a 3rd gen Prelude and it didn't have a manual when I bought it. I was wondering at what distance I should get my suspension lubed, etc?
At times when I go over a bump, I hear a bit of a squeek from the rear suspension, so just wondering if the suspension requires a lube every so often.

Hondas do not have grease-joints to lube the balljoints; they are all sealed. So I wouldn't worry about them. If the bladder seems like it is leaking, then get it replaced.
