separate fog light with head light connection.

How do you re-connect the fog light so that I don't have to turn on the head light inorder to turn on the fog light ?

If you are talking about the OEM fogs, there is a single power wire (red/white) that is supposed to connect to the light harness... This will only power the fogs when the low beams are on. Instead, connect that wire to the fuseblock, and you'll have fogs whenever the power switch is on.
