OEM seats, what do you have?
I have a 88 dx (kinda) with 90 civic si seats... inner rails from the 88 and the outer rails from the 90...had to ghetto rig the wire between the two...to adjust the seat and had to make a new front outer hole and just leveled off the rear outer hole w/a piece of wood....it works and kinda rocks when you shift (very tiny bit) this is a temp ghetto way till we weld in something to make it better but very comfy....im big too 6'2" @ 250...so even the big guys can like em....
since that pic i got rid of my indihoes...and made custom ones...ill post pics when i get a chance...

I've got '98 Integra GSR seats in my CR-X. I did not install them, but I think that the person that did just removed the seat bracket from the 'teg seats and installed them on the CR-X seat brackets. Both seats in my car are matching driver's side seats.

I tried to put some 88' prelude seats in my civic before I found my SI seats. It prob. would have worked it I wanted to swap the rails, but the SI seats looked better anyway ( and they were cheaper )..
You guys that are using wood to mount your seats are crazy. I cant imagine plywood holding your seat down when you get into a high impact collision.
BTW.....91 Si seats in my 91 Hatch Si
Best OEM seats ever made IMO.

Ive got '91 Integra GS seats in my sedan. Mild modification was needed to mount them but not too bad. My options for seats are limited. Damn Auto seatbelts
1st off any car like mine is gonna get messed up too much in a high impact collision....and its only in place of one bolt....in the outer rear....for balancing.....seatbelts......thats what saves ya...oh and your smart head...
I wanted some Si seats but they were hard to find for a good price. I am not a fan of these hackjobs involving wood and flimsy metal holding your life on the line. I opted for Corbeaus which come with beefy steel brackets and bolt in perfect.
just picked up a set of front and rear ef9 seats...only problem is that the rails on the ef9 fronts are way different...so in order to change the fronts i have to disassemble the whole metal frame of the ef9 and my stock si seats..seems like too much drama for the ront...still in search for an easier way...guess to get full jdm respect to have to go thru some ish..
i don't understand why people think if they're seats are bolted in super secure it will save them. granted, i'm sure it is a little safer, but you do understand that seatbelts are what hold you in during a collision. there is barely any force or weight put on the seat durin a crash. but anyways i think i'm just gonna stick with my stock crx si seats. maybe get some that are in better cond., though.
'91 crx si seats= recaro
great seats, very firm and comfy
this is what I have in my HF. very little modification needed to fit them.
I only had to drill two new holes in the tracks to bolt to the under part of the seat.
I had mine reupolstered.
