We-todd Azenis question
but which way to they go on the rim? Is the line around the tread on the outside or the inside?

I'm not sure which line you're referring to, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, then it's on the inside.
There's also big text on the side that should say OUTSIDE.

Another Wee-Todd question on those; are they considered "directional" tires, even though they don't have an arrow indicating the rotation!?

they are not directional, they only have and inside and outside. fell free to put them on any corner of your car, and make sure the outside is facing the face of the wheel.
