Mustang hood on a DC2, what do you think?
So what do u think? i kindda like the fact that it raises up instead of oem hoods that drops down in the middle. i kindda like it but i kindda don't like it. dont know what to think....
Looks a lot like the subaru hood scoop. But it doesn't seem to fit too well in the front, and the cowl lines are out of place. That might change when it is painted though.
dude as much as I hate to say it , i think it looks pretty damn good .
trim it down a little to make it fit better and i give it a
for custom look and thinking of something like that

i dont think it look that bad. Is that really a stock hood form a mustang? I had no idea that they would fit.
cmon guys give him pros for originality, instead of using the same bulshit hoods that everyone and their mother with an integra has.
Wow......that really could not fit much worse.
No offense man, but what are you trying to go for?
Imports look the worst when they replace all the body panels and none of them line up and the paint never looks the same on all the material (metal, fiberglass, etc.)
Even if you're going the "show" route, get some **** that actually fits. And people thought that carbon fiber hoods fit horribly, I guess they haven't seen the "mustang" hoods
Just my thoughts,
JP

[QUOTE]IMO, it doesn't mesh well with the lines of the Integra....QUOTE]
I agree - it works on the Mustang because it's somewhat blocky and composed of sharpe edges, when the Integra is MUCH more roung and flowing

that wasnt very nice... whats wrong with it besides the hood? people pick up dings and stuff here and there... it happens dude.
the hood is the brokeness, but dont bag on the whole car.

The whole car is just a mess. I say you throw that "thing" out and start over...
get rid of that hood ASAP...
i don't understand what people are thinking when they install crap like that (or what the makers where thinking when they created these kits), but the integra is not all about edges, lines, and "blocky"-ness. it's a smooth, sleek car.. let's keep it that way.

I'll bag on any damn car I want and even more so when the owner gives me an open invite to do so...
Edit: Anything else smart guy?

i like it until i see the front, seems to overlap. i do like the scoop though, it does look kinda like a subaru hood.
i dont like aftermarket hoods...but honestly, i dont think it looks that bad...except for that fact that it doesnt fit too well in the front corners -but i dont see how that hood is too sqaure..? its looks kinda round like the integra to me..and the lines going down the hood kinda match up with the lines on the side of the body of the integ....
ive seen worst! ..just make it fit on the corners and have the angle of the bump in the front match the front bumpers angle....
