Default Fuel filter ?

Ok my ? is on the 92-95 Civic, the fuel filter sits flush against the fire wall. Now I'm gonna replace my fuel filter, but I have a B18 motor in the car, and I want to replace the fuel filter with the Integra one. Are the fuel filters the same size? I know that on the Integra the fuel filter sit's on an angle on the fire wall, will this be a problem in my case or should I use the fuel filter for my year car?

Aren't the fuel filters viehicle specific? What would be the advantage of the Teg filter IF they weren't the same?
