Default Spark plug temp for JDM H22

Ok, i know i saw something about this some place, but i cant find it anywhere on the search. I remeber reading something to the effect that, with the JDM H22 that you should use a different temp plug. I cant remember if, i need hotter or colder plugs or if i should just stay with the stock NGK........Just wondering.....Thanks

I use one step colder ngk zfr7f-11s in my jdm h22. many h22s owners use this plug regardless.

i'd like to find that thread that your talking about if anyone else can find it.

you use a colder plug.. the 7 in the part number dude refered to above is the heat range...... stock is 6 i believe. i did my own test of several diff plugs and found that the h22 likes the zfr7f-11 the best
