Default my car won't start...please help!!!

Ok, this is kind of a long story....but I'll make it short.

I have a feeling that my alarm has something to do with my car not being able to start. One day I got my alarm rewired so that the a/c would turn on with the auto start. After I got this rewired things started going weird. I kept blowing the speed sensor fuse....about once a week. And then my auto start wouldn't work. And then my alarm remote wouldn't work unless you were right up next to the car. And then my alternator died. All of this happened over a course of a month, all about 1 week apart. So my car hasn't been working since late december when my alternator died.

So, while I was waiting for my new alternator to come in, I started installing my turob kit. About half way through, the alternator came it. I got it tested if it worked, and it passed. So I installed it and continued with the turbo install. The only electrical things that I tapped into are the map sensor, and injector wires. I tapped into the injector wires and added dsm clips for my 450cc injectors. And I also tapped into them for the resistor box.

So that brings us to the present... I just finshed up the oil return line today and that completed my turbo install. So I removed the spark plug wires to get oil in the turbo. I put them back in and went to start the car and all I get was a fast, "click click click click click...etc". I'm guessing this is the starter turning over...but nothing else happens I'm wondering, could my alarm be causing these problems? I have an aladdin a-2000, which has auto start. The other thing that bothers me is that the lights in the car are very dim and windows can't roll all the way down, because they run out of power....these simptoms are just like when my alternator was dead. But I checked the voltage on my battery and it was at 11 volts, which is enough to start the car.

So what do you all thing I should trouble shoot first? I don't want to go right to the installer of my alarm and tell the alarm is the problem. But I don't see how anything else could be the cause of the problem. I checked all the fuses, they're good. I'm guessing that all my plug wires and plugs are good because they were fine before the alternator died.

If anyone can help me out with this, that would be great...I want to get my car up and running and test out my new turbo. Thanks in advance.

edit: Nevermind, I found the problem...the "new" battery was dead...don't know why. oh well.
