SOHC Automatic Trans VTEC Del-Sol
I know a ton about my car, but nothing about the del sol...does it come in a SOHC VTEC Automatic? My sister just got a Del Sol...but no VTEC on the Valve cover, no sticker on the back, automatic...but the dealer is telling her its a VTEC...
How can I tell if this is true? Thanks guys!

Look for the VTEC solenoid on the head, it is just behind the distributor as you look at the motor from the front of the car. It will have a smallish round cylinder looking thing on top of it.
The block should have either D16Z6 or D16Y8 on it depending on the year of the del sol. The DOHC models were either B16A3 or B16A2 depending on the year.
