Default Where is the oil pump? Hose? Fuel pump hose?

Anyone have pics of what the oil pump looks like? What about the hose?

Also, where is the fuel pump hose?

If my car died, where do I squeeze?

oil pump is in the block, theres no "hose", and the fuel pump "hose" is just the fuel line, cant really miss that.

WTF, why would you squeeze the "fuel pump hose" when your car died?

To check the fuel pump for pressure, you can squeeze the line when someone starts the car to check for pressure.

No 12 is the one that connects the fuel pump to the fuel filter...is that what you are looking for?

Can that line be used? Looking for the fuel pump hose? Not really sure but basically the line I'm supposed to squeeze to check for fuel pressure.

NO, that doesnt work like that. Our Fuel line doesnt collapse or inflate when pressurised. why dont u just by a 30 dollar gauge?

the fuel pump is under the passanger seat...runs under the car and into the engine bay to the fuel filter, throught the fuel rail, and back to the tank.

uhhh, actually the only thing under the passenger seat is my Alpine V12 amp. the Fuel pump is in the top of the gas tank under the REAR seat. Is that what you meant?

So is there any way other than a gauge to check for fuel pressure?

You can buy a gauge or take your car to a shop and have it checked with something that looks like this:

no 4 on that above pic would have pressure once the fuel pump starts going. that should be a soft line, but you might not be able to notice it. as for the oil pump..that underneath your block. take your oil pan off that there's the pump.
