Default Mandrel bent vs. Crush Bent info

Before I get flamed - I know you should always get mandrel bent, it is way better, flows better, etc. but this is to prove that point
My friends getting a custom exhaust (for an Explorer, but that doesn't matter) and he is saying that it doesn't matter that he gets crush bent. I'm looking for a site with a faq or something of the sort comparing crush bent vs. mandrel bent, so I can show him why mandrel is better. Thanks

there's a lil bit. So whats he hope to run with his new exhaust 20-22? I've seen a couple explorers with type Rs on the side too...eitherway seems like a complete waste of money

He's just trying a)to be able to put on a flowmaster 40 series, because it sounds nice and b) beat a kid at my school who thinks his car is way faster than it is.

I'd go larger size with crushed bent exhaust... eg 2" mandrel bent 2.25" crush bent.
