Default Newest toy got here the other day. Installed today . . .

I finally got my Datalogit and FC Edsit software for the Power FC. Man is this gonna be fun. DOiong some research into wide ban setups now. It can datalog the wideband readings so partial throttle tuning should be a breeze.

for Datalogging!

All in the effort to get ready for the Expo.

Congrats Trey.

Careful with the wideband, the output voltages aren't set-up for reading in the range expected by the Power FC.

Or so says my RX-7 TT friend with the same set up as yours ... but for his car.

How doe she have his setup? Here is my plan.

The power FC is OBD1. I am going to get a test pipe with a secondary O2 bung and run the wideband sensor there. It would be either a tech edge or FJO unit O2 controller run into the datalogit which is designed to takre the wideband readings.

Is your freind saying the datalogit doesn't take the wideband readings well or something else?

Ed I guess I meant I am not sure why the Power FC matters since the wideband is going into the datalogit box outside the ECU and datalogged for future adjustment. He must mean something else.

Just make sure the output range from the wideband is with in the -1 to +1 range and not something like -3 to +3.

He has the datalogit as well and we have lunch frequently.
He also has many of the Peter Farrell upgrades on his car ...

Just something to consider when picking the wideband. Ed

The power FC is OBD1.
Last I checked the PFC was OBD2, version A... not ODB1?

Ok, well I won't claim to know all the differences but i do know the second O2 sensor is not used by the power FC. It can be OBD8 as long as I don't need the seonc O2 bung.
