no, you can't use the stock mounts. the jdm chassis are slightly different. when you look at the mounts it will be obvious that you will not be able to use them, and thats even if they are still intact.
Definitely can't use the stock mounts. Make sure the mounts you get are good quality ones, like the ones from http://www.hasport.com

sure you can use them in one of 2 ways.
A: you like having the steering wheel on the wrong side and you have the whole clip welded on.
B: You drill out the welds on the stock SIR mounts and have them welded onto your car with a few other bits and piece to make it whole.
Of course $250 mounts are alot cheaper than both of these.

ya you could git your mounts relocated and welded back on...a few of my frens with EFs have done it...i wish i wouldve dont it when i had the change...no vibration at all while all the aftermarket mounts have alot or a lil vibration i would recommend it to anyone that has the money to do it

did anybody read StorminMatt's reply???
so if you get the non SIR mounts they will fit in our USDM chassis.
Actually, most JDM CRXs have the same mounts as USDM CRXs. The exception is the SIR. SIR mounts are ALOT different from JDM SI (ZC equipped) CRX mounts.
Whats up man, i have the hasport mounts on my set-up. I decided to get them because they are worth it, hassle-free, and bolts right in. I'll take some pics and post them later today.
ok well i actually have a SiR front clip sitting around here and the mounts are located in different spots slightly and the front crossmemeber is totaly different on the sir it also bolts up completely different so just pay for hasport or hcp mounts makes things alot easier
