All cams are differnet, therefore giving differnent gains. Tunning is the only true way to get the most from any type of cam or cams.

Toda Spec B's make the 1.6's feel like 1.8's
BUT that's only with the right mix of parts and tuning

high lift cams with a good valvetrain will make any b16 scream, but just make sure thats not ALL you do, otherwise you are cheating yourself.

If it's a first gen b16a motor, even putting in 2nd gen b16a cams will yield a 5whp gain. First gen cams suck!! That's why i'm swaping them out for a pair of CTR cams

Dude get some CTR cams and Cam gears with ITR intake valve springs.
CTR cams $400 Used
Cam gears $200
ITR valve springs $126
Get some dyno time and you will feel a difference.

getting big lobed cams will make it a little more difficult to tune if u get say...a piggyback/stand alone management. Not impossible but just a little more difficult. A friend of mine got the skunk2 stage 3 head package, and hondata stage 2. Phew that engine is so hard to tune. The overlap of the big cams make it hard to get a/f mixture just right with timing etc. etc.

i say just go for the CTR stuff if u don't want to hassle with alot of tuning etc. etc.

I remember that. There's still people saying that too. WTF...
