Does hollowing out your cat make that much of a difference ??? i have a GSR w/ JRSC ! or would it be better to get a high flow cat????

Hollowing out the cat will make a BIG difference, to the environment at least. Could also get you a $2700 federal fine. I'd vote for the high flow cat.
I gutted the cat on my Jeep, sounds nice. Never done it on a Honda, but it will probably make it sound a little deeper, but much louder. Also, you probably won't pass inspection.
its makes it a little louder, deeper, its also gives you alot of power... but then i dont think you will pass smog legally.....
