Hi IM new but nedd your help, my rims scrape should i get thinner, skinnier tires?
I have 17" x 7 1/2 volk gram lights and lowered my car (1998 civic) ... the problem is that when i turn i scrape the wheel well? I need help any suggestions to remedy this.

I roled teh back and thats all good but the front scrapes teh actual wheel well, not the weather guard...should i get skinnier tires, i have 215's 17/40 , if i got 195's would it solve the solution?

its not the fender lining its the Metal fender itself that scrapes?

Will that make that much of a difference? I have the same exact problem. 17" x 7.5" rim 40mm offset with the 215's. And it rubs in the exact same spots. For some reason it just doesn't seem like the difference between the 205 and the 215 will make that much of a change... But I am just guessing.
hmm.....what ride are your rims on?? i got 225/40/17 and they aren't even close to rubbing.........this is on a 2000 civic lx
