no sir, I believe the downpipe is shorter on the 5th gen to move the cat closer to the engine. It will bolt onto the engine, but you'd have to have some custom exhaust made up.
Your 5th gen header is tubular BTW, I think they look very close...

My JDM one is identical to a north american VTEC lude, and the 5th gen looks just like the 4th gen one, except for the downpipe length.
