whistling noise from gsr motor?

when i get to about 4500 rpm at full throttle my intake makes a whistling noise. is this normal? my car runs fine its just that whistling noise bothers me. sounds like a blow off valve but not really

If you have a short ram or a cold air your fine. It's just the air passing by the throtle plate. nothing to worry about.
