Out meaning what? Your not firing in them? They arent getting fuel? They have no compression? Your missing your pistons?

Give us some details and we will be able to help you a lot more

We need some more info from you. You topic says it is an ecu problem but then you go and say 2 cylinders are out. We need some clarification before we can start to guess what may be worng.

Its probably not your ECU. I would first check the spark in all 4 cylinders.
If all checks out, make sure all the injectors are getting power with a voltmeter or test light. Your going to need someone to crank the motor while your tesing.

I'm assuming that your car is mechanically sound, but you really didnt give any useful information
