Default 88-89 Sidemarkers

How in the hell do u remove the 88-89 Sidemarkers/corners?? It looks like to me, you have to remove the whole headlight assembly...

There are two screws on it. Take them out then carefully pry it out. There are plastic slides that hold it in place.

ignor this its the 90-91 usdm..


take the 2 screw's out and hit the light with your hand lightly...pushing tward the front of the car it may take 5 or so hit's for them to come out but you have to do this because ther are slider's that have to come out of a slot.]

That looks like the 90-91 corner, the brackets are different...

Nope, those are 88-89 corners. The 90-91 didn't have the screws on the outside of the corners that i circled.

Mine don't look like that, they do have the two screws on the outside, but on the back of the corner assembly there are to clips that clip into the headlight assembly...they are not at all easy to get out...

u just gotta slide them out. yeah, mine were stuck in there pretty good and i actually snapped the sliders off of one of my corners when i took them out. you really just gotta pull them out, after you got the screws out.

Remove the screws, shoot WD 40 around the housing. Try to masage the corners free they eventually come.
