All ITR cams upgraded in 2000?

All ITR cams upgraded in 2000?

I know the usdm itr cams were made more aggressive in 2000 due to emissions, but were JDM and CDM cams also more aggressive for 2k and 2k1?

why would they be made MORE aggressive due to emissions??

I dunno, maybe the emissions reduced the power output so they had to make the cams more aggressive to counter-act the emissions.
Can anyone answer the original question though?

I don't remember which year began , but yes the ITR cams are the same as the CTR cams. The added a/c ate up some power, so they tossed in the CTR cam to bump it back up.
