Hey guys, I was wondering a few reasons my heater might not be working. Someone was telling me the heater core. But on top of that, my A/C does not work. I also have busted lines, I once tried to refill but all the R-12 (I think) came right out. What could I also do to fix this? someone told me about something with Anti-Freeze to stop the crack. Would my heater not work because my A/C doesnt work? If it can only be the heater core then how much is it and how difficult is it to replace? Thanks for all help and suggestions...

 

You have a Evaporator problem, needs replacing.
The heater and A/C run off the Evap, in the Si and Vtec models

 

Can anyone further clarify?? Also, I commute to school back and forth in traffic in So. Cali. God Help me. But sometimes when i get home and turn my car off, I can hear a fan still going near the radiator. Im sure this is just to continue to cool it off, but is it normal and ok? Thank for the help...
