Suspension Suggestions
I was thinking about getting some shocks I was looking around these are common ones I've see.
Koni Blues
KYB GR-2's
KYB AGX's
The Koni's I've heard a lot of good stuff about. The GR-2's I don't know about much they are a little bit cheaper than the blues but I hear Koni's are better. The AGX's are a bit more expensive but adjustable and I've heard some good things about them. If anyone has any suggestions let me know please. The deal is that I bought a body kit for a car that got totalled, so now the place I got from is giving me like a 45% restocking fee so I get like $450 or so... That's my budget, what you all got?? Give it your best shot!!!

Is that it?? ANYONE ELSE????
From my Prelude--Koni "yellow" Sport Shocks with Neuspeed Sport springs. Neuspeed rear sway bar and Spoon upper bar in trunk. As for adjustability-there is no need to mutilate the trunk liner for the Koni adjusters-we cut a hole above each shock and the adjusting handle slips on very nicely. Up front the car has a pair of the Koni "yellow" shocks with the Neuspeed Sports and a Neuspeed tower bar. The suspension is fully adjustable using Ingalls and Specialty Products Camber kits. There is no need to crawl under the car, do contortions of any kind to adjust anything on my 99 Base.
The car wears Bridgestone RE-730 tires on American Racing Carrera (Motegi MR12) wheels(16x7).
Runs great corners on rails and is a dream on the open road too.

I have the KYB AGX's along w/Neuspeed Sports. I have absolutely no complaints about the ride, cept for the f-ing potholes that I have to deal with in NYC.
And midknight lude makes a good point re: whether adj. shocks are necessary. Personally I've found all non-adj. shocks to be too soft when driven aggressively.

I have Skunk2s and Tokico Blues. I feel it's a great setup for the street and autocross. Koni Yellows and Ground Controls is another popular setup that has got good reviews from owners I've talked to.
AGX's, just don't slam the car, about 1.5" drop and they will last forever...
Edit: if you get Ground Control coil over you might want to get a custom spring rate. my brother had GC on his integra and the spring rate seemed the same as stock.
Oh and for suggestions on the custom spring rate, Honda318dx will tell you that 800 lbs in the front and 1000 lbs in the rear is the bomb.
J/k for daily driver/autoXer application don't go over 100% stiffer that stock.

Well, I'm planning on doing some auto X and during the summer or what not I'm taking a performance driving class. I have aftermarket springs on the car right now, no idea what brand, they came with the car when I bought it. I'm not sure if the shocks are upgraded...can't actually see them....but I don't like the ride as they are. Adjustables seem the way to go huh....?? I'm in the Seattle area.....anyone who goes Auto Xing wanna give me some tips maybe take me out show me the ropes or what not....let me know...I really wanna give it a try...
