alright guys, there have been so many discussions and arguments, your **** is this, my **** is that kinda nonsense..and i think some lines need to be drawn. In my opinion there are three types of "imports"..the first being JDM obviously..everyone knows what that is..Rice being the second..you all know what i am talking about..and then there is in my pinion a 3rd. Many confuse RICE with the later, and this becomes a major discussion problem here in the forums...We all know what rice is Altezza Euro's, LED shift ***** and exhasut tips, HUGE triple decker JSP wings, and all that neon and nonsense associated with RICE. Now here is what i am getting at..there are other cars that arent JDM but are also not RICE, but everyone seems to classify all cars that way..either you RICE or you JDM..but the other class (the fast and the furious class) has no JDM or Rice..there are no lips, there are not Euros..jsut good looking cars with sick looking rims, kits, and modded out engines..these cars are NOT RICE..they are just ill lookin cars, in my opinion..post what you think..

 

I agree with you actually. I have some quite a few show cars that weren't "rice" and also were "JDM", they were just done clean and carefully. There is this Accord that drives around my area every now and then. 94-97 body style, body kit molded into fenders but the front bumper is VERY nice. He has 19" White rims (yes, they are big, but they fit the car nicely), stock tail lights, black housing headlights. It looks good, but I wouldn't say its "JDM" or "rice" just nice...

I kinda understand what you mean, BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS: TO EACH THEIR OWN!!! I just laugh to myself when I see a hideous ride, there is no need to flame on people cause they don't know what they are doing. You can Flame on people everyday, but that isn't going to make a difference. SO WHO CARES!!!
