Yes, but why would you want to do that? The knuckles and brakes are the exact same thing (only the Civic sedan EX has bigger ones).
Why not save some time and just put on the struts? That's probably not even a good idea. I know the springs are not the same (different part numbers) and I would figure that means they are less stiff on the lighter CRX. However, they will fit so if you REALLY want to do it go for it!

I've got a 90 civic DX sedan that needs a shock and strut and spindle assembly and I just happen to have an 88 CRX si parts car, so it won't cost me a dime, it'll actually save me a few.....but thanks for the info...
