I just got car accident, and I need to replace the hood and the fender....

Is that a good idea if I buy the carbon fiber fender? or keep it stock?
for the hood I will still use the carbonfiber hood...?

Yeah, don't do it. I am starting to get sick of the whole carbon fiber craze. The funny thing is that I own a cf hood. Oh well selling my car soon. I see too many ricers with carbon fiber now. Just buy some stock fenders.

the white eg with the cf hood and fenders is ugly. maybe it might look good if u finish it off with a cf bumper also but mismatching like that is wack

CF Hood or OEM Hood, and OEM fenders. Don't get CF Fenders. Just a waste of money.

 

If you get um, paint um..I don't like cf fenders.

 

Don't do it , it looks kidna weird , with cf fenders.
If anything get the cf hood , if you want to have something made out of carbon fiber

on a few cars the carbon fenders have looked ok but it usually looks kinda weird...if you have a lot of other carbon ****, like lip, hood and spoiler then it wont be bad

carbon fiber fenders+hood looks like your car needs to be painted. but most people know what a carbon fiber hood is, so i would keep that.

 

cf fenders unpainted look like ****...i say get what costs less...seriously makes your car look like it needs a paint job

I think it looks phat it all depends how u mix and match ur colors...me personally i love carbon fiber hoods and fenders on some colors...i like the whole black thing and some black wheels thats what i plan to do wit my gold accord ex..

not feeling the carbon fiber fenders. leave it stock. the carbon fiber fenders are a waste of money and they look like fenders there weren't painted from far away.

 

i love carbon fiber....but carbon fiber fenders with your kit might not look good....see if you can get someone to photochop it for you.

 

How much do those run. I saw the fenders for the S4 on 'MonsterGarage' the other day on a Nogaro Blue Audi S4, kinda dug them, but I'd agree to go with whats cheap.

 

i'm not sure of the exact weight of th CF fender, but stock fenders don't weigh **** to begin with. i honestly don't see any weight difference between the two.

they do make CF bumpers.

If you go with the cf fenders they will look retarded unless you paint them to match the rest of the car. i really wouldn't bother with them.
