Default +38mm Kosei K-1 fitment

I've read all the archived threads under "kosei" and "offset" and there seems to be some disagreement on the fitment of this wheel. I'm looking at selling my TE37's in favor of some 15x7 Kosei K-1's with 38mm offset (I know the larger offset model of the kosei is a better match, but that's not in the cards). I plan to mount 205/50/15 azenis. My car is lowered .75". Rolling the fenders or removing the fender liners is not an option for me. Will this setup rub?

Thanks for everyone's comments.

Shouldn't - but nothing a BFH won't fix.
